Spiritual Direction
Are you longing for a more vital relationship with the Divine?

If so, you may find fruit in a spiritual direction relationship. In spiritual direction, a person who wants to be attentive to her or his spiritual life meets with a spiritual director on a regular basis. The intent and hope is to become more attuned to God’s presence – in all areas of life – in order to live more prayerfully and respond to God more faithfully. The director and directee come together to open up to the real director: the Holy Spirit.
People usually meet with a spiritual director monthly; other time intervals are also possible. One option for spiritual direction is an annual or biannual check-in to reflect on how the Spirit has moved in your life and look ahead to God’s invitations for the coming days and months.
I am available for spiritual direction in person in the Greenville, NC, area and also via video Zoom and FaceTime.
